The Arai Corsair-X is now available in a Limited Edition HRC graphic. The new PB SNC2 Shell of the Corsair-X is much lighter. In fact, it is 30% lighter than the Corsair-V. This is greatly attributed to the synthetic fibers and special resin formula that Arai has developed. Arai has not abandoned their special R75 shell shape, however. A lightweight, aerodynamic, and protective helmet is very sought after by racers, and Arai certainly has delivered. One of the biggest changes with this helmet is the upgraded ventilation system. The top/center vent allows around 11% more airflow than the Corsair-V did. All of the vents on the new Corsair-X are easier to adjust with gloves, as well as more durable and longer. Another significant change is the new "Variable Axis System" (VAS). The VAS has a variable axis (moving pivot point) allowing the shield to open and close, even with the 24mm lower shield mount position. The interior of the Corsair-X not only provides protection and comfort, but also does a great job keeping you cool. The plush lining in combination with the ventilation system wicks sweat away and helps keep you a comfortable temperature. The interior is made of Eco Pure material, which helps maintain neutral acidity levels close to human skin and antibacterial consumption. 5mm peel away ear pockets on the Corsair-X allow riders room for a communication system. Per customers’ requests, Arai lowered the chin bar by 3mm for extra comfort (great for riders that use a microphone) and upgraded the chin curtain and neck roll to help block out unwanted noise and help improve ventilation. The Corsair-X comes with a VAS V MV Shield, which is a clear anti-fog Pinlock shield. There are several tinted shield options available for purchase as well. The Arai Corsair-X is both 2015 Snell and DOT certified. MSRP $1,009.95 If you have any questions about the product or would like to place an order, feel free to give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? The Arai Defiant Jolly Roger 2 Helmet features a black, green, and blue color scheme with a "frost" matte finish. Josh Hayes' signature skull and crossbones logo is surrounded by sprockets on both sides of the helmet. MSRP $759.95 - Now Only $329.00 for forum members! The Defiant has that smooth, organic shell shape that Arai prides themselves in, providing a helmet that better manages impact energy in a crash. A multi-density EPS liner helps aid in energy absorption upon impact. The IR chin vent, IC-4 upper intake vents, and ACR-4 exhaust vent all work together with the brow vent system to ensure comfortable air flow and heat removal. More specifically, the brow vents redirect air to the temples rather than the forehead. The IR front-spoiler edge trim reduces buffeting and helps to stabilize the helmet. This helmet's interior is completely removable, washable, and replaceable. Additionally, the cheek pads can be removed in 5mm increments to achieve a perfect fit. The Defiant is both D.O.T. and Snell 2015 certified. If you have any questions about the product or would like to place an order, feel free to give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. MSRP $1,059.95 Not yet listed on our website, you can order your Limited Edition Arai Corsair-X IOM TT 2017 Helmet by calling MIKE at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? The Arai Signet-Q UK Black Jack Helmet is the perfect sport/touring helmet for riders that have a long-oval head shape. This helmet has the same SAI face shield as the Corsair-V, meaning wider peripheral vision: 5mm extra on each side to be exact. The multi-density EPS liner in this helmet helps aid in energy absorption upon impact. The Signet-Q has that smooth, organic shell shape that Arai prides themselves in, providing a helmet that better manages impact energy in a crash. The ventilation system built into this helmet is similar to the RX-Q: specially designed to allow air to flow through the helmet, all while blocking out unwanted noise. More specifically, the brow vents redirect air to the temples rather than the forehead. The upper and side vent cowls work together to help stabilize the helmet. The interior liner of the Signet-Q is completely removable, washable, and replaceable. Additionally, the cheek pads can be removed in 5mm increments to achieve a perfect fit. MSRP $749.95 The Signet-Q Helmet is both D.O.T. and Snell certified. If you have any questions about the product or would like to place an order, feel free to give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? Arai has taken the Signet-Q that we've all grown to love and made it even better with the addition of key new features. The Arai Signet-Q Pro Tour is pretty much the same as before only with a different liner, Pro Shade visor system, and ear pockets for your comm system. Check out the item on our website at www.RidersDiscount.com! If you have anymore questions or would like to place an order, simply give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? Send us a message through this forum or write to us at FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM, and we'll get back to you right away! The Sig-Q Pro Tour is a long oval fit with an additional 5mm of space front to back and a different shell shape that greatly reduces forehead pressure eliminating hot spots. The new Pro Shade system is Arai's solution to the drop down visor while still maintaining a SNELL safety rating. What's better about the Pro Shade visor system than the other helmets with an internal drop down visor is that the Pro Shade visor can also be used as a helmet peak. Arai have designed this visor so that it is aerodynamically efficient in the up position. There is no additional buffeting noticeable when riding with it up. It automatically locks in place in the up position. To bring it down, simply pull the visor forward to unlock the visor and pull it down. Inside you'll find a new Eco-Pure liner that is even better than before with advanced moisture wicking and anti-bacterial properties. Removable ear pockets allow you to insert your communications ear speakers into the liner without creating a pressure point on your ear. Ventilation is even better than before with greater control over the brow vents. Now you can raise them halfway to fine tune how much air you want passing through. What do you think of the new features that Arai has added to the Signet-Q Pro Tour? Let us know in a comment below!

Australian-born Michael "Mick" Sydney Doohan is a former professional motorcycle racer who won five consecutive 500 cc World Championships (1994-1998). The Doohan Star-2 graphic has a red, white, blue and black color scheme.
