Fired up Black Betty, turned on the heated grips, threw on my leather jacket, sported my shades and headed out. Went to State 8 Motorcycles from Black Horse and sat on some crotch rockets. I didn't see any Yami YZR-M1s. Lord knows what I would do with that kind of power; can anyone say Smokey with Bandit on two wheels? Then I tried on some jackets... i can't believe I'm going to be practical and pass up some leathers for a touring jacket. But a Fieldsheer (a Fieldsheer? What is that?) for 1/2 off retail (about $200) sounds like a good deal unless anyone can convince me other wise. Back now and everything just seem right as rain again. Life without a bike!?
