I've had this for about a year, had been using it on the front wheel but started on the back this fall. I rolled a rear stand under the back then spun the wheel by hand to check if it was in neutral without taking off the lock, No pre-ride check as I wasn't riding. It's toasted. Looks like it would take a thief seconds to pry open. My solid bicycle Ulock 's on now.
