We love to ride but when winter hits, the choice between commuting the bike to work versus a warm car makes for one tough decision. With the Gerbing 12V Heated Jacket Liner from Riders Discount, that decision will be an easy choice allowing you to extend your riding season well into the cold months. According to Gerbing, as long as there's traction and heat, there's no end to the riding season. Available to purchase from Riders Discount today with MSRP at $249.99, the Gerbing 12V Heated Jacket Liner is a worthy item to add to your gear collection. Not yet listed on our website, the Gerbing 12V Heated Jacket Liner can be ordered by calling MIKE at 866.931.6644 ext. 804 or by sending us a private message through this forum. Is email more convenient? Write to us at FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM, and we'll get back to you right away! Made in the USA, the Gerbing jacket liner shown here is the most popular item we sell. It's really the starting point of your Gerbing gear collection. Meant to be worn under your motorcycle jacket, the liner has a windproof nylon shell that allows you to easily slip your jacket over this liner. The fit is a little large so we recommend going a size down from what you normally wear. For those with longer arms, Gerbing also has a "long" version of each size that have longer sleeves. Worried about ordering the wrong size? Don't worry, Riders Discount has an easy returns and exchanges policy. With seven total heating pads using Gerbing's patented micro-wire heating technology, the jacket gets from cold to hot in around 4 seconds. Using stainless steel bundled wire, the heating elements will last last for a long time and are actually guaranteed for life. With a max operating range of 135 deg F at 77 Watts, each heating pad has thermal resistors installed that act as a solenoid to avoid overheating and burning your skin. Electrical plugs, connectors, and any solder joints, as well as all materials and craftsmanship are covered by a one year warranty from date of purchase. Seven heating pads located on the chest, back, sleeves, and collar. Designed to work seamlessly with Gerbing's coreheat12 riding system, the Gerbing jacket liner comes with a battery harness to connect to your motorcycle's power supply. However, you will need to purchase a temperature controller to avoid overheating and burns. Single and dual temp controllers are available with the dual shown here. We highly recommend getting the dual as more often than not, customers are ordering gloves with the liner and the dual controller allows you to control the temps separately from one another. Coreheat12 Thermovelocity System is powered by your motorcycle's battery and using a combination of included harnesses and temp controllers. You can combine these gloves to work with any of the coreheat12 riding apparel from Gerbing. Riders Discount carries the full line of Gerbing products!

We hate to say it but cooler weather is right around the corner which means riding season is unfortunately drawing to a close for this year (except for you Californians...). What better way to extend your riding season than with Koso Heated Grips available at Riders Discount? Included are the two heated grips, wire harness with OE style connectors, control module with mount, and grip glue. Designed to blend in as a factory piece, the only thing to tell that there is something unique about these grips are the wires coming off of them. The easy to use control module (even with thick gloves on), which can be mounted on any flat surface using the supplied 3M sticky tape, allows you to have full control of your heated grips. Bonus: it has a smart voltage detection system that will automatically shut itself off if it senses your vehicles voltage dropping below 12V. No surprise dead batteries with this kit. Factory like connections allow for plug-n-play installation. Plus with the supplied grip glue, Koso has given you everything you need for the install. Available for motorcycles with 7/8" handlebars (most sportbikes and some cruisers), and 1" handlebars (most cruisers). Unfortunately, fall is pretty much here which means that riding season is drawing to a close with chillier morning and evening commutes. What better way to extend your riding season than with FirstGear heated gear options available from Riders Discount. With items ranging from complete jackets, to sock liners, you’re sure to be warm wearing any of their heated products. Pictured below is the jacket liner, glove liner, sock liner, main harness, wireless dual heat-troller harness, and a USB charging port that can connect to the Firstgear harness. Required with any of the FirstGear heated gear is the Heat-Troller kit, offered in both a single or dual thermostat option. The single Heat-Troller allows you to variably control the heat output of one or multiple connected garments such as a jacket and gloves, or jacket and pants liner. A dual Heat-Troller (pictured) allows you to variably control heat between any set of gear. For instance, a dual allows you to maintain heat on the jacket, and simultaneously crank the heat for the gloves, pants, and socks. Pictured below is the waterproof wireless remote that is pre-paired out of the box. With velcro, or wrist strap mount options, you can keep this tethered around your arm, or mount it to your handlebars. One of the more common package purchases is the jacket liner and gloves option available from FirstGear. Shown here simply pull the plug from the arm pocket of the liner to easily connect to the glove liner. Purchase the same size liner as your glove size. Or, if you'd rather just get a full leather glove, we also have the FirstGear Heated Rider Gloves in stock. This also fits true to size and have heating elements in the fingers, thumb, and back of the hand. An optional “Passenger Glove” has the added feature of a heated palm. Rubber wiper sewn in to aid in wiping your shield of any moisture. Mix and match any option to suit your needs. For more information about this kit, or any of the other FirstGear heated apparel, be sure to give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away!
