Designed for racers and trackday goers with a focus on ease of use and practicality, the Woodcraft axle sliders help protect your valuable fork lowers and swingarm on your bike in the event of a crash. Available from Riders Discount, this is a cheap solution that will save you buckets of money down the road. Pictured here on a Yamaha R6 Installation is a breeze. In this case, the axle side slides into the hex and tightens down with a wedge bolt. The nut side replaces your existing OE axle nut. Note: some axles may have a rubber plug inside that will need to be removed. These add virtually no time to wheel changes as it is as easy as pulling a pin to remove the puck, revealing the axle nut underneath. The material is the same Delrin polycarbonate used on their frame sliders. Available for most modern sportbikes at $59.99. To order, give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804 or send him a message through this forum. Is email more convenient? Woodcraft frame sliders available from Riders Discount are easy to install and offer some of the best crash protection on the market today. What sets the Woodcraft frame sliders apart from their competition is the two-piece design featuring a patented perpendicular bolt which runs through the slider making after-crash replacement a snap. If you were to slide on the competition's puck, you'll grind into the bolt making it very hard to remove and replace the damaged slider. MSRP starting at $69.99 for a complete kit with bases and slider pucks. Not yet listed on our website, Woodcraft frame sliders can be ordered by calling MIKE at 866.931.6644 ext. 804 or by sending us a private message through this forum. Is email more convenient? Write to us at FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM, and we'll get back to you right away! Unlike other manufacturers that use a slider that is hollow all the way through the middle, Woodcraft frame slider pucks are solid on their outmost portion. This provides almost 50% greater surface contact when they touch down in a crash, greatly increasing their durability. Woodcraft slider pucks are available in high density plastic (shown) as well as clear, blue or red anodized aluminum (MSRP $20.00) and even chromed aluminum (MSRP $25.00) versions. Woodcraft frame sliders use a patented perpendicular bolt to attach the frame slider pucks to their bases. This greatly reduces the risk of damaging the mounting hardware and eases the swapping out of slider pucks after a crash. Here's the aftermath of a ~60mph slide. Woodcraft frame sliders are designed for each specific application, providing your bike’s frame with a significant degree of protection. Installation is easy and mounts directly to the frame. Note: most bikes will require modification to the fairings. Don’t forget to ask about different colors and lengths of slider puck material to customize them to your needs. One of the worst feelings when arriving at the track is realizing you've forgotten your key. Installing a key switch elimination harness from Woodcraft removes that worry and allows you to go keyless with your bike. Available from Riders Discount, these are currently available for Kawasaki ZX636R (2013+), ZX-10R (2011+), Z1000 (2010+), Suzuki GSXR600/750 (2006+), GSXR1000 (2005+), Yamaha R1 (2002+), R6 (2006+) with more harnesses coming soon for more bikes. Shown here for the GSXR-600/750/1000 and ZX636R/ZX-10R/Z1000 Not yet listed on our website, the Woodcraft key harness can be ordered by giving MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? Send us a private message through this forum or write to us at FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM, and we'll get back to you right away! Made exclusively for race/track bikes, this harness is for the rider who isn't comfortable messing around with their bike's wiring or someone who wants a clean plug-n-play design. Installation is easy once you get the key switch removed from the triple clamp. Instructions are included but you essentially plug this into your key switch plug and the OE run/stop switch. There is no splicing or cutting to your stock harness. Retails at $45.99 Removing the key switch harness frees up some valuable space behind your top triple clamp allowing you to install steering dampers, lap timers, or GPS units. For track/race bikes only. We do not recommend installing this on a street bike. Ask about adding a keyless gas cap to your order to go completely keyless and totally eliminate the need for a key!

Add strength and good looks to your engine cases with these case covers from Woodcraft Technologies available at Riders Discount. Typically, OEM case covers are made of thin cast metal that’s weaker than these CNC-machined beauties making them unreliable in a crash situation. The damage can be more than cosmetic, with leaking fluids, damaged stator parts and a time-intensive repair that won’t be cheap or easy. Woodcraft products are not yet available on our website. For more information, call MIKE at 866.931.6644 ext 804 or send him an email – FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! For example on a GEN 4 ZX10 the stator cover MSRP $209.99 and ignition cover MSRP $139.99. Woodcraft case covers are sculpted from 6061 billet aluminum, the one-piece design is as artful as it is purposeful and will provide additional strength to areas that traditionally don’t always hold up so great in a crash. Woodcraft Triumph 675 case covers are engineered for a perfect fit and will not induce any bodywork clearance issues at all. And because they’re made in the USA by Woodcraft, each cover comes with a replaceable skid pad that’s designed to take the brunt of the crash, leaving you with a case cover that’s much less likely to require a total replacement. And, spare crash pads are available in your choice of stainless steel (thinner, for race applications) and black, blue, red or clear finishes. Each case cover kit also includes a new gasket, so you don’t have to worry about sourcing any additional parts to get them installed. The finish machining of each case cover is brilliant and these will not go unnoticed at the track or on bike night. A look inside the stator cover reveals that all mounting points for the OEM hardware have been drilled and tapped. All passages for routing the wiring safely have also been retained. The arrangement replicates exactly the OEM hardware and wiring setup for reliability and ease of installation. Woodcraft crash pads are attached to the case cover with three bolts from the inside which helps to ensure that 1). The piece does not fall off in a crash and 2). That the pad can be easily replaced after a crash since the attachment hardware will not be ground away. Pictured here for the Yamaha R1

So you just installed your fancy new exhaust but now have a pesky "Check Engine" light showing on your dash due to the removal or disconnection of the exhaust servo. Woodcraft's Servo Buddy available from Riders Discount solves this issue with a simple factory plug-n-play connection that tricks the ECU into thinking everything is OK. Shown here for the Triumph 675 This allows you to completely remove the servo motor, valve, cables and drop weight but also free up space underneath your tank. Unclip the plug from the servo and reinstall onto the Servo Buddy, remove the servo and cables and you're done. That's it. This is a must have when you order an aftermarket exhaust or even if you want to open up your factory exhaust. Not yet listed on our website, the Servo Buddy retails at $59.95.
