I'm guessing there is some negative impression, given the comments.

I switched from from a Shield .40 to the SR9c. I can't miss with it. It's just comfortable in my hand and the trigger is reset is nice right out of the box. I've had no issues and I'm approaching 1200 rounds through it.

I bought one for he wife back around January. We don't have a lot of rounds, maybe 250 rounds, thru it but what we have shot it has been flawless.

It's not the most accurate with my cast bullets but it functions with them fine.

I have an SR9c and an SR9. No complaints from either. I actually shoot pretty accurate w it. But I like the feel of my XD9sc in my hand better. Not as much "bite" from the XD9sc either when shooting as with the SR9c. Less, if any FTF/FTE w the SR9c than the XD, but that may be a numbers thing as I shoot the XD a LOT more.

GF has one for her CCW piece. She loves it and shoots it like a champ. Never had any FTF or FTEs. First round I put thru it was a dead bullseye. I was impressed by the trigger over my XD.

I'm hoping it will perform better than expected. Another guy I know that has the full size SR9 loves his and never had a single issue, and he's fed it several brands of ammo. If I didn't have shit going on afterwork, I'd join ya for some range time bro.
