Vulcan_Rider
It's ok because the Japanese government said it is! They also said this food is safe to eat and is perfectly normal. http://thechive.com/2013/07/18/something-isnt-right-with-the-food-in-fukushima-japan-27-photos/

In my 30s I was pro, to help curb carbon levels and reduce dependence on foreign oil. Now I'm convinced the risks aren't worth it. Silly hairless monkeys - we're not ready. Casper
http://rt.com/news/fukushima-radioactive-water-leaks-831/ The contaminated water that leaked on Wednesday contains an unprecedented 80 million Becquerels of radiation per liter, according to the company. The norm is a mere 150 Bq. "Judging from the amount and the density of the radiation in the contaminated water that leaked ... a Level 3 assessment is appropriate," said the document used during Wednesday’s weekly meeting of the NRA. Yikes. It's getting worse quickly.

magley64
Agreed. How much money is about to be spent in Syria instead of finding a solution to this mess? Well to be fair, Syria will probably be "solved" with some of the huge caches of missiles we have stockpiled... Pick some targets and shoot, easyDeveloping a new plan for cleaning up radioactive seawater... that might be kinda tricky.
