Strictly Street
This guy has MAD SKILLZ! Built a working V-8 motor to scale. Amazing! He must have quite the garage! Talk about a cool "Fab" project. Edited October 12, 2013 by Strictly Street

oldschoolsdime92
I get sucked into youtube videos of mini engines every so often. Heres one of my favs
Strictly Street
I can't imagine all the intricate machining that goes into one of these mini motors.Figuring out the timing for the cam shaft for instance. Let alone machining it in the first place. The v-12 video gives some indication of just how much work is involved, but not the large amount of math that went into it.How exactly do you go about figuring out the timing on a motor that exists only in you imagination?Amazing, just amazing. Gixxus Christ!
How about all the clearances you need to figure out? I'm sure there are references like machinery handbook and pocket ref that get you in the ballpark but damn.

bigd
I'm sorry, but this beats all the other miniatures... Just wait til near the end when he starts it. 100 valves, 100cc flat 12 ferrari motor. Gearbox, gauges, everything...amazing. Gixxus Christ!
24 valves. That is the single most impressive miniature build I've seen so far.
