Strictly Street
http://freebeacon.com/politics/pennsylvania-democrats-angry-they-can-now-be-sued-for-passing-illegal-gun-laws/ Pennsylvania Democrats are outraged after a bill was passed that allows gun rights groups like the NRA to sue localities for passing gun control measures that violate state law. Many such Democrats said a provision forcing localities that lose lawsuits to pay the legal fees of the plaintiffs is particularly objectionable. ===Interesting. Making the locals pay for making illegal laws.On the other hand, might make for less trouble knowing what the local laws are if they all have to match the state law. Such as hunting where you could cross jurisdictions without knowing it in the woods.

Tpoppa
The NRA has turned into a for profit business with no interest except the paychecks of its own board members Your opinion has outgrown your grasp of facts. If it wasn't for the NRA...you'd have a 30+ day waiting period to buy heavily taxed, single-shot only, firearms...after you paid for your own background check and registered them with local and national authorities. That is if you were able to purchase them at all. Politicing and lobbying in Washington is a dirty game. The NRA is your only friend when it comes to playing that dirty game for gun rights.
