Constructed from two layers of honeycomb polpropeylene, the KNOX Sport Chest protector has been independently tested and earned a CE PREN1621-3 rating. The Sport chest protector is designed to work with any KNOX back protector using their z-clips, however this just as easily works with any other back protector, even from a different brand. Most riders will just slip the chest protector underneath their suit and go on their way. The race suit is tight enough to hold it in place. The chest protector is breathable and will not block airflow to your torso. Taking it a step further, KNOX has added a spacer fabric between the two layers of honeycomb for added air flow.
