redkow97 Posted December 2, 2015 Report Share Posted December 2, 2015 i think she's lucky to have avoided jail time. Not surprised they lost on the B&E, but the jury got that wrong. B&E requires intent to commit a felony or theft offense. No doubt she didn't realize that vandalizing a county office was a felony, but she intended to perform the act.
