RidersDiscount
If your bike is currently equipped with a Shorai battery, this is the charger for you. If you don’t have one of these batteries in your bike, then what are you waiting for? You’re carrying pounds of easily-removed weight in your performance bike. Get rid of that lead weight and get the most powerful, versatile batteries available to fit your machine from Shorai, today! Now, back to anyone with a Shorai battery … Shorai’s BMS Charger is the only dedicated unit for charging and properly maintaining Shorai batteries. It gives you the best possible battery charge in a simple, automatic manner. All you have to do is plug it in, hook it up to your battery, tell it how you want to power up your battery; store or charge – and then call it a day. Once commanded, the BMS charger delivers energy to each cell within the battery in a way that provides maximum power output and preserve battery life. To do this, the electronics measure each individual cell’s actual charge, not the battery’s overall charge, and directs current as needed. In doing so, the best possible charge is achieved without the worry of over-charging the battery and consequently damaging it. The charger is convenient, too. Simply plug in the included 12V lead to the power port on your Shorai battery and you’re hooked up. There are no alligator clips here. The extension cable that’s attached to your Shorai battery can be left in position and routed in a way that doesn’t require you to remove the seal or battery cover to plug it in. You’ll be able to conveniently plug in your Shorai battery whenever you park up the bike in your garage. These batteries and chargers are available on our website. In the event you have any questions at all, you can ring TJ at 866.931.6644 ext 817 anytime between 10am-6pm EST on weekdays, or just send a note to forum@ridersdiscount.com with SHORAI BMS in the subject line, along with the exact model and year of your machine and we’ll get back to you shortly.
