Zecho
Anyone know anything about these damn things? I got thekid one and can't get it to run for more than one maybe two seconds. It's the 49cc version.
fusion
Oh you got to let me know how it is. How old is your kid? I'm thinking about getting mine one.
Zecho
He's 9 and he's pissed that I get to go ride and he doesn't. I may just have to buy a new one. Easier than messing with this thing.
NinjaNick
I heard some of those things can go 65mph + more! Is that true? I've seen a video of some guys using them at the Gap.Where can the kids ride them? If that speed is true, 65mph is fast for a 9yr old. :? I would've shit myself at 9, going 65mph...lol
fusion
lol yeah some of them are pretty fast and there are tracks around for them. Same tracks they use for karting I think.A bunch use a fuel oil mixture from what I've read. If that's not correct it won't run for long. Zecho
I rode his when I bought it (aka: the only time it ran) and it ran about 35-40 with me on it, and I weight about 175. I'm probably going to just buy him a new one with full fairings and paint it to match my CBR.
fusion
That's awesome. If I ever got fairings for track I thought about painting the mini and the track fairings identical. Of course at this rate neither will happen lol
NinjaNick
So all pocket bikes are 2-strokes?
fusion
So all pocket bikes are 2-strokes? Not all. From what I've seen/read at least...up to 50cc all seem to be 2-stroke and then the larger mini/pockets (110cc?) are 4 stroke... that all sounded different in my head... Zecho
If I can find a reasonably priced new one, I'd make you a hell of a deal on this one.
