They are. I read in an old-ass issue of Sport Compact Car that a wider track in the front of an AWD car will help combat understeer, and my unscientific, seat-of-the-pants dyno somewhat confirms this.

Pic #1: Gray's Armory parking lot between Bolivar Avenue and Erie Court, facing North.

 

Pic #2: A bridge over train tracks on a dead-end street running east off of West Third Street, facing North.

 

Pic #3: Train Avenue near the West 25th overpass, facing North.

 

Pics #4 through #8: East 22nd, in the tunnel underneath Cleveland State University

 

Pic #9: Entrance to the Penton Media Building parkling garage, on East 6th between Lakeside and St. Clair.
