Erin bought these used about a year ago this month, but in the new aprtment we have a new set from her sister that we will use instead. The washer is a Kenmore HD 70 Series and the Dryer is a HD Soft Heat. They have been good to us. A few times the washer will stop in the middle of a load, but you just have to open and shut the lid a few times cause of some reason. Doesn't do this all the time. The knob on the waster is broke, but for this we just keep it pulled out and just turn it to start when we need to start a load.
