The ports on all 3 models r the same size so yes it is truly compatable with all 3 models. I bought it, and then I pretty much realized I personally didn't really have a use for it.So now it's just gonna sit around. It's still in it's original packaging, i did open it to see it all, it hasn't even been used yet. It comes with a disk for the drivers and everything. No software comes with it, u get the free software at bitpim.com. u can use it to transfer pictures, ringtones, and a bunch of other stuff to and from your computer to your phone. set mp3s on your computer as ringtones, mess with your contacts list, everything. they normally run for like 60 bucks, i am gettin rid of this for 25 so if your interested call me at 614-570-3235.
