Other piece is a fiberglass stealth box for a 2g GST. Looks perfect. One JL 10" subwoofer enclosed. It's a nice way to make your stereo sound better without losing your whole trunk. It will only fit FWD 2g DSM's. Asking $200 obo. Both pieces are in very good condition and look perfect. Here are a few pics. Let me know if you have any questions.
