Guest afpony
I am looking at getting a Shiftmaster EEC tuner for my 94 GT. I haven't found much documentation on it, so any info anyone has would be great. And also, if anyone knows where I could get a Crane Interceptor, let me know. slow4now
Hey, thought I would let you know there is a Crane Interceptor for sale in the Garage Sale forum for $500. It says it's for a Mustang, you may want to check it out!
Scotty2Hotty
Does Ford Motorsport also offer a tuning program for the EEC? I think I have the 01 catalog and the program comes with the link and all to re-tune fuel curves, ignition, etc.... 94 was AODE so I have a feeling you can re-program shift points and firm it up. Good luck. Peace
Science Abuse
The EEC tuner plug into the EEC, and the computer plugs into it. You can write your own programs, or have a tuner write them, and you just upload them. I know a few EEC-V guys that get alot out of theirs, but they know what their doing. Not sure what can be had from the EEC-V.
86GT
My older brother has the EEC Tuner on his mustang and it seems to be working very well for him. Fro m what I understand, you can do just about anything from fuel curve, to rev limiter, to the oxygen sensors etc. I have the tuner for my car but have not installed it yet.
