Guest DarkSVT
Not sure if I really understand the question, but you would only get heat when the car is running because the heater core has to get hot from the fluids going through your heater core. Or if you mean the blow motor only works cause the car is on that is prob because the blower motor is wired to turn on only when the car is set to an acc. or on position. smokin5s
Well, I'd rather not take it back there because they have messed up several things so far and last time they tried to blame me for it, so I kinda came unwound.... The heater only blows hot air when the car is moving and the RPM's are above 2k. Sitting at idle, there is no heat comming from the car. Could that just be that the Anti-freeze is low? black00ws6
why would you be running the heater in the summer?!?! tongue.gif

Guest DarkSVT
Double check your fluid level. But my guess is the heater core is bad. Sounds like it might be clogged. You had mention that there was front end damage. Did anyone put rad. sealer in the cooling system. If so, thats prob. what clogged the heater core.
