The resistor should be under the hood, in the right hand cowl, behind the windshield washer bottle. [ 22. Mr. Jones Posted December 22, 2003 Report Share Posted December 22, 2003 I have an 88 dodge dynasty with the same issues. On mine, *just did this the other day*. If you take down the glovebox, and lower black cover under the passengert side dash, If you look up and as far right as you can, you can see it. and it HAS to be taken out from the inside, and is not reachable from the outside.
