GS usually means non turbo unless you are talking about a laser.

92s dont crank walk.

Unless he is going to modify it and or drive it hard, it is just as reliable as the next 11 year old car with xxx,xxx miles.

The only thing to kinda watch out for is the auto tranny itself. My 93 NT auto worked fine and never let me down, but I could tell it just wasn't the same over time. Not sure what was wearing nor how long it was going to last. Last I heard it was still going though ;)
