Guest GSRchick714
Thats pretty weird, pretty cool too though. Haha - my neighborhood doesn't exist on there - they show the right area but there's no roads!
Mark1647545493
Gotta love Satellite images! GSRchick714, yor neighborhood must be fairly new. These pictures the map uses are a few years old. Just think about this..... If the government is letting us use their old tools like this, wonder what they have that they aren't showing us. They probably have satellites that can see into your house and know exactly what your doing with the click of a mouse. The Hubble telescope put at the Golden Gate Bridge can read the date off of a dime that is on top of the Empire State Building.....Crazy isn't it! Guest GSRchick714
Yea, my house was just built this year - the neighborhood I think has been there since late 2003 maybe...not positive though. Thats weird to think about what they might have that we don't know about...hmmm...
Mowgli1647545497
Yeah thy're at least a year old - its not showing the roundabout they build at Muirfield and Brand. Jon - ever heard of the Keyhole app? I think its only like 20 bucks but is pretty amazing.
Devils Advocate
There are satellites that can determine the seeds in a piece of watermelon that you're eating in your house.

ohio_wookie
i like how they blur the capital building, but they leave the nuclear power plants at full quality.
Bgbdbn
Thats neat, I can see my dads truck parked on the street in front of the house.
nurkvinny
I found my new house being built, minus the detached garage, so the pics must be from 2000-01. Neat program.
Lustalbert
some of the iraq photos are rather new. I could zoom in on some of the fobs i was at and pick out the building i was in, and some of the tents.
