I told her the situation above about the car and the owner who has the title is out of state. She said to file for a Court order for a title. Cool I said. I told her that the guy was out of state. She promptly said that there's no way the judge will issue a title from a car that was out of state. . She said I had to go to the state/county and file for it there (fuck that) smile.gif .
