Guest 96 cobra 'vert Posted January 25, 2005 Report Share Posted January 25, 2005 Decided to sell my '96 Cobra. It has right at 20,000 miles on it, and no problems what so ever. Oil changes with Mobil 1 @ 1000 mile incriments or 1 yr, whichever is shorter. I just haven't been driving it, and I have a hard time parking my new 05 Mustang outside so this can sit inside... Still in perfect shape, as the pics show. Garaged and covered all its life, never in snow or rain. PM me if interested, looking for $18,500. Guest 96 cobra 'vert Posted January 28, 2005 Report Share Posted January 28, 2005 It has been on since the car had approximately 6k miles, no problems. (so it has been on for 14k miles). It is the "stock" Vortech kit, including the T-rex fuel pump, etc. with the exception that I had a custom chip tune done at Paul's High Performance (In Cincinnati) when I put the offroad H pipe on it. The chip tune is nice and safe - it backed the timing down and got rid of the standard vortech-superchips tune. The blower was also completely rebuilt by Vortech winter of '01-'02.
