Guest turbojc Posted October 20, 2005 Report Share Posted October 20, 2005 Yep. Make shure you have a Noaterized (sp?) bill of sale with the VIN# on it. The BMV is really cracking down on this espicaly in Delaware county. Wouldn't hirt to take it with you to the BMV. Some times they want to inspect the VIN# to make shure it isn't tampered.
