If it was me, as soon as I told the guy to put the gun down, and he didnt, then Im gonna shoot him. I dont know what police rules are but for my safety thats how I'd do it. If it were me that guy would have been tazored in 5 seconds, cause the officer asked for compliance way to many times and the guy knew the officer wasnt going to make the first move. He also must have used bad cover cause there is little reason that the officer couldnt have shoot and killed him before he got killed. Still very sad and I would love to watch that guy die.
