I refuse to spend 200 bucks on a new diablo corsa to let it sit all winter, but Ill spend some on a cheap tire to trash over the winter months until spring hits. The race compound are even worse when not heated up. I can spin my tire in just about every situation on a normal day before it's warmed up. With 40-below it would be like riding on ICE all the time.
