Wease
Holy crap! Apparently, the guy that runs that site has some good inside info and hasn't been wrong yet. Those are some sick numbers for that car, too bad it will be marked up like crazy...
Guest Removed
I love ford , cause they let HP junkies (the good ones) have a crack at there new car's to put them to the test. i see the new gt500 making the 03-04 cars look like escorts! I agree. But you won't see many of these on the street and you won't see many of them modded. They are $39,999 before the markup and judging from the Ebay ads I've seen in the past 2 weeks, people are prepared to pay $10K - $20K over the MSRP for one. Which keeps me from buying one... Guest Removed
just like the $100,000 markup on the Ford GT. I seen that on the sticker and was like what? just fucking said.
Got-Boost?
It's going to be just like everything else. If you want to be the first on the block with one, you will pay. Just wait 4-6 months and the lots will be flooded with them. If Ford builds as many as the 03/04 Cobra's then you will be able to get them below MSRP by years end.... That's if you don't have a dealer hook up or X-plan pin.
RedRocket1647545505
so, is the GT500 the same thing as the new cobra? I haven't been keeping up to date on my mustang info. Also, when are these things going to be available?
MaTS1200
At almost 4,000 pounds it's going to need all the help it can get. I don't believe those numbers btw. I've seen one or two Ford Gt's with a pulley and chip only making 625RWHP and the GT uses a twin screw not a Heaton. It will probably make 525-540RWHP range with a pulley and chip.
