flyinbrian Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 Why laquer? You can paint carbon fiber just like you paint kevlar or fiberglass. A good P600 scuff, epoxy primer, wetsand, then paint. I painted a go-fast fiberglass boat this way with perfect results using a DuPont two part epoxy primer then Sikkens single stage paint.
