Razorback
What is the final word (truth) on the cameras posted at intersections catching people who run red lights? I've heard it's required for them to post signs telling people that there are cameras at the intersection in order to ticket people -- is this true? I've also heard that it's illegal for them to send a ticket to you without an officer present to write it -- I'd just like to know what the bottom line is since they have begun putting them up in my Gahanna area pretty frequently. Thanks a lot.
Balian
From what I understand from other states, it doesn't have to be posted nor does there have to a police officer on duty to write you a ticket because the camera takes a picture of the person in the car along with the plates. I could be, and most like am, wrong about this, but this is what I have seen from other states that I have been in..
