88lx5oh Posted May 28, 2006 Report Share Posted May 28, 2006 ok so im a dumbass.. and forgot what wire goes where on the starter. 96 ford probe se 4cyl here is a quick sketch of the starter grey and orange colors indicate the 2 terminals.. and one terminal has a wire off it going to the starter motor. http://images6.theimagehosting.com/starter.JPG i have a hot wire and a ground wire... which goies where. i may have them in the right spot, but im jsut making sure, this auto - 5 spd is gettin to me lol. cant get the fucker to start now. wont even click the starter Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TheHaze Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 The ground wire should be a connection washer type thing coming off the engine harness near the tranny.
