My cable modem died and being scheduled five (5) business days to get a replacement is a joke (IMO). I'm wondering if there is a real person where a concern/complaint would be read.... But if you do that remain clam and don't yell. I had to do it once with Time warner they wanted me to wait a week for them to have a tech come out and trace down my problems I was having.
