I wonder why Florida gets no respect the SEC is just as good if not a better then the Big Ten depending on the year.

Florida plays and has beat Tennesee, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, and South Carolina

their only loss is to a respectable Auburn team. To me Florida has had one of the hardest schedules next to Norte Dame personally I want Ohio State to play Florida

Seriously, everytime UM screwed up it was "because of the turf". No kind words about OSU from Brent. I should have turned on 1460 THE FAN (also on 97.1) for the play by play while watching like I usually do.

If USC beats ND & UCLA they get #2. Mich's strength of schedule goes down with ND having 2 losses.

If USC loses, then it comes down to whether the winner of Florida & Arkansas would be strong enough to overcome Mich, which is doubtful unless they get voted up, the computer has been loving Michigan all year.

(1) Florida has barely squeaked by too many times this season to get any real respect and (2) the SEC is kind of turning into a joke, with teams like Vanderbilt beating Georgia, who then turns around and beats Auburn, who, yup, you guessed where this is going, beat Florida. When any team from the conference is capable of beating any other teams in the conference - as the case seems to be this year for the SEC (and Big East, BTW) - then either the conference is incredibly strong or kind of weak. I think everyone is starting to lean toward the latter impression.

We agree on something though - I'd like for OSU to wax, I mean play, Florida.

If USC loses to ND, then Florida will actually have a tougher time getting in to the title game, since ND's win over USC would bolster UM's strength of schedule and thus, their computer ratings. That would leave Florida needing to make up even more ground in order to leapfrog UM to make it into the title game.
