Guest 5.7
In Fairfield Ohio. They are the rudest bunch of people I've seen and had to deal with. They won't pay for my tranny. They told me I screwed them over by giving them a "race" car.. aka my old 03 Cobra.. but what the fuck ever.. They'll get whats coming to them soon or later.. Guest Hal
You could always talk to a lawyer and see your options for getting them to pay for the tranny.
Guest 5.7
I have. He told me since they're refusing to pay. Which in the warrenty it doesn't state that it had to be taken anywhere but they are to pay 50% laybor and 24% parts, but they are turning it around and saying thats only inhouse work. So the lawyer told me we can go ahead and have it fixed and then sue for them refusing to fix it.
Guest Hal
That's what I figured would happen. I would file the suit and include court costs and also any other costs you feel you had because of the lack of the car while it was being fixed.
