Linn1647545492
I thought th order went: stock ls1 , spray, get daily driver, more spray/more often, trans +rear, new motor. LOL, my progression was similar to that except i went with a H/C package enstead of more spray and i have yet to put a new bottom end in the car. Dr. Pomade
Damn, that Viper got smoked. And, like someone said, it's not like a stock Viper is slow.
V8 Beast
is there a certin HP/TQ limit where you have to either sleeve the LS1 or just go to a better block? There's not a specific answer for this, It depends on what type of power adder you are going with, and how much power you are adding with it. Lets say you run a direct port 600 shot of nitrous on a forged internal/stock block... even though the internals are forged you will need a bus pass real soon. Cracking a block is hard.... its more wear and tear than it is a specific hp/tq limit.
