91 Explorer 4x4

I have a 91 Explorer XLT for sale. It has roughly 140k on it. Leather interior, all power options, CD player, fog lights, and 4x4 all work. It only has one minor thing wrong with it, its more annoying than it is anything. I had the transmission rebuilt about 3 years ago. It worked flawlessly for about a year and a half, then the governor started acting up. The A4LD transmissions in the explorers "91-94" were run on vacuum. There is a governor in the transfer case that has a weight that spins inside it and tells the transmission when to shift from 1st to 2nd. The stock weight that is in there sticks causing you to have to lift your foot off the gas very briefly to let it go into 2nd. All the other gears do not have this problem, just the 1-2 shift. I have the upgraded weight that needs to be installed to fix the problem, but I have driven for the past 2yrs almost with this problem and have gotten used to it by now. It wont get any worse and its completely drivable the way it is, so I never installed it. She fires right up on the first time, even in these sub-zero temps. we've been having lately. Everything works as it should, including the 4x4. It has ZERO rust on it, and the interior is in excellent condition, no rips, no stains, no odors. Im posting this up for $1200 OBO. Again, I have the part to fix the transimission issue, but it is and will continue to be perfectly drivable the way it is. I wouldnt hesitate to take it to california and back. VERY reliable. Here's some pics:
