Tuition assistance would rock. Currently a 4 year employee of the same company, have experience with inspection, graphing, statistical process control, customer relations, interdepartmental communications, building maintenance, and horticulture...yes, horticulture. Though I had great opportunities here, and passed up many great offers in the past to stay here. I’m finding now that I’m giving 110% to a company that is only willing to give about 60% in return.
