Stimmel1647545512
I see the GT40p heads for 5.0 exploders for sale fairly cheap, are they a good upgrade on a fox with mild bolt ons? For instance, my car has full long tube exhaust, 5 speed car, and bolt ons nothing too crazy, what kind of power gains come from a set up these heads with the matching explorer intake? Thanks, Andy

Miller
There are several people on the board that can port a set of those heads out to flow almost if not as much as a set of gt40x heads. The only only advantage you won't gain is the weight difference if you were to switch to a set of aluminum heads (which I think drops like 30-35 pounds each head). I think a set of ported heads can gain nearly 60 hp over stock with a cam setup and the right work on a foxbody.
