TimTaylor751647545500
Here's a few pics of my best friend's 4-4-2 that I helped him restore about 15 years ago. The restore is starting to show it's age, but it's still a head turner. We tooled around in it for a while yesterday only to find that the gas tank is leaking (badly). Anyone have a lead on a good replacement, let me know. Thanks and enjoy the pics. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/TimTaylor75/4-4-2/DSCN3697.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/TimTaylor75/4-4-2/DSCN3706.jpg 350 Olds http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/TimTaylor75/4-4-2/DSCN3702.jpg The interior is starting to get a bit rough, but he has plans to buy a new setup shortly. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/TimTaylor75/4-4-2/DSCN3703.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/TimTaylor75/4-4-2/DSCN3704.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/TimTaylor75/4-4-2/DSCN3705.jpg

baron_
I see your passenger is getting their gangster lean on You could call it that but actually, it's a 1966 passenger side recliner maybe rarest option available in a GTO (it also has headrests, but i don't have them on in that picture) it's the first reclining seat ever put in a GM a-body car didn't come out in chevelles until 1967 less than 1% of a-bodies came with that option...as it was terribly expensive i've been offerred $800 for that stupid seat...because it does the gangster lean
Lustalbert
Very nice. It is good to see the classic iron still out and about. Mine may make it out yet this year. Just a 350? Weaksauce. Is he intrested in upgrading to a 455?
Mr3GTP
Looks solid! The 350 has decent torque, but a 425 or 455 would be a night-and-day difference in power. My friend & I transplanted a 425 "Super Rocket" high-compression motor (out of a '65 Starfire) into his '69 Cutlass hardtop. Damn thing wouldn't hook up on street rubber... TimTaylor751647545500
He's decided to sell it. If anyone may be interested or might know of someone that may be, let me know. I'll try to get more information and pictures of the car when time allows. Not sure on the price just yet.
