Why the Fuck would you allow a drag car to run on the city streets like that??? Hell even street cars with high HP know how loose the car can get on the street vs the track. Now a "Pro" drag racer decides to do a burn out in front of a ton of people...What were they thinking? I know it was an accident and they were doing it for a good cause, but if you are going to do something like that you should be over cautious. That’s very sad. It is done in a residential area on a Saturday morning. I know these cars are not top fuel funny cars, but they will run 10 and 11 second 1/4's. They have a very short wheelbase and can be a handful. You want to know the craziest thing, the local police will be using the radar gun to see how fast these cars can go. The old record is something like 108.
