I really want someone to keep it, fix it up and enjoy it. I know the seat is pretty worn. Paint is good. Everything worked great the last time it was running. I have all the original paperwork and manuals. The BAD...the engine is in pieces in a plastic tote. It's all there. My dad took it apart to rebuild the motor because it was smoking and then he became ill. As far as I know this engine is rebuildable. I've seen 12HP Kohler's go anywhere from $100-$400 depending on the condition. This tractor is a little work horse.
