1Quik7
so my many, many years of manual imports gives me no knowledge on an automatic domestic....especially when it comes to Stalls and what the numbers mean...can someone explain what it does exactly? what is the difference from say a 3200 stall and upgrading to a 4200? Scotty2Hotty
Difference between 3200 and 4200 is honestly the Flash RPM it'll move the car on you. With your foot off the brake sitting at idle, you mash your foot down, it should flash that converter and rev to 3200 or whatever RPM converter you have, and catch at that RPM. V8 Beast
its looser so it gives you the option of launching at higher rpms. You have to be careful how big you go. A big stall makes for a spongy gas pedal and a louder ride.
MrMeanGreen
Sure, when you post in the correct section since this is a tech-related question. There's more than just the above posts describe. Lots more.
