Comes with the pair of vlave covers, the hold down bolts and spreaders, and one breather. The box has been open but this stuff has never been installed. It is NOS (new old stock), been on the shelf in storage for years, a bit dusty but in great shape otherwise. New retail price on this is about $92 (Summit, Jegs), my price $45, NEW PRICE $35!!!, obo.
