So I can say browse the web while watching a video in the corner on top of the webbrowser. My buddy had a ATI player that could do it for TV. It just seemed pretty damn slick. thorne Posted August 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 No I'm sorry I think I said wrong. OK ATi's tv card comes with a Videoplaying software package. It will let you play videos as an overlay to your screen. I am looking for something like that . It's a function of software not hardware.
