My moms got issues with her car. just trying to help her out. the car makes a loud humming noise. you can hear it any time after 20mph. it gets louder the more speed you pick up. it slowly dies down as you decelerate. I thought it was the cat 2 weeks ago but now that i heard it again im not too sure. once you turn the stearing wheel to the left the noise stops no matter how fast you are going. keep the steering wheel straight or to the right you hear it loud and clear.you can feel the vibration in the steering wheel slightly. im thinking maybe a bearing thats bad.

I have video but i cant find my cable to upload it. thanks for any help i get.

wheel bearing, gm front wheel drives are horrible for it. If you have tools you'll need a 36mm axle socket, and a 1/2" socket to take the bolts out, a 15mm to take the brakes off, you can usually buy the bearing for 125 or so and install calls for about an hour. through a shop you'd be looking 300+ probably
