AJ Posted October 20, 2007 Report Share Posted October 20, 2007 decided to get gas in the Camaro today since my fuel gauge doesn't work yet and i had 230 miles on the tank. 22 gallon tank should not be empty but i didn't want to keep driving not knowing how much fuel is in the tank. well it only took 12.5 gallons to fill up. that makes it 18.5 MPG with some "spirited" driving down in hocking hills. not too bad for mostly messing around in town and driving it to work a few days. TurboRust Posted October 21, 2007 Report Share Posted October 21, 2007 i did 26.5 mpg on a trip over to east pennsylvania with luggage, a passenger, and the a/c on. oh and 4.30 gears.... avg'd about 19 being hard on it daily. 4.56's now we'll see where the mileage goes to. AJ Posted October 22, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 alot of my driving was 4th and 5th gear. the car doesn't really like 6th below 70mph with the 3.50 gear thats in it. other than my trip to hocking hills the car didn't see any speeds over 45. this car sure is alot of fun to drive, so many people look at it when i'm out driving and alot of people ask me about it at stop lights.
