They gave me 1100 for it, I had bought it two days ago for 800. Your truck doesn't look bad. You could probably fix it and get it drivable. I actually had an incident 8 years ago were a bitch hit me, and i made $3000 when i paid $300 for the car. I fired my lawyers, got all my bills paid for plus more. Fight for it. Most of the damage was done to mechanical components, like the steering. It wouldnt be worth fixing on any level, and I am way too lazy to part it out.
