Shere mass- you cant beat Ronnie-but considering how has supplements have come in 30 years...Its an unfair advantage.

From a form point of view-Arnold by a mile. Ronnie always has a bloated mid section, and that lack of bloat is what makes Jay Cutler so fucking impressive.

Bloated due to the HGH. It's not supplements dude, it is pharmaceutical advancements that have allowed Ronnie to be what he is... inhuman. Arnold was definitely using gear but you can buy stronger stuff at GNC even after the bans on prohormones.

Arnold should be the aesthetic that one strives for, not the growth hormone induced bodies if Muscle Magazine.

Flex Wheeler is deffiantly a great body builder, but i dont think he really all that defined. He's more bubbely than anything. As for Dorian Yates, youre right... shear mass, hes probably the biggest body builder ever, but thats also the problem... hes grossly OVER developed. Its almost obscene how big he is.

I think Arnold was the most proportionate body builder... Even though he was pretty big, he still had great definition, you could see just enough of the fibrous muscle to know there wasnt any fatty tissue, slender mid setion, and didnt have overly developed quads/thighs. Even with his size, he still looked athletic, like he could still be competitive in a decathalon.
