SpaceGhost
Thats weird, I've never had that issue. There are some fuses under the hood Bill, I burnt the 80amp one there jump starting my 02 one winter. Not sure if there is a fuse to the tail lights there though. Guest Hal
Just check the bulbs, almost always the culprit.

SpaceGhost
Highly unlikely that both bulbs would do that at the same time though.. +

thorne
I found the problem, A nice short in the wire by the switch. Learning lesson when putting in screws make sure they are not to long
Guest Hal
If that's the case I wouldn't think the bulbs are the problem, maybe a cause from something else. Most of the times I've seen it, they didn't seem to go out at the same time. People never look at their brake lights so they don't realize they're out. We had a guy in the other day with all three out, sides and the third.
