blue98ls1
So I have a 94 f-150 (6cyl - manual) and I went out to start it this morning and the first thing it did when I started it was start revving to its MAX. I quickly turned it off, and havent tried starting it since. When I opened up the door to the truck a few minutes ago I saw the gas pedal itself was down and I tried to move it and it wont budge. Anyone have any guesses as to why it would be stuck? I just drove the truck the other day and it was fine when I parked it. I dont know how the gas pedal got stuck down?! 87GT
Check the actual switch on the engine that moves when you hit the gas pedal. Make sure it isn't stuck some how. I had this happen on a Ford Tempo I owned before.
